Job Description

    Position Description:Client: Confidential ITES Organization Location: Leela Palace, Indiranagar, Bangalore Position: Customer Support Executive International Voice Process Experience: Minimum 6 months in International Voice Process Qualification: Graduate (Minimum)Key Responsibilities:
    • Handle inbound/outbound international customer queries via voice
    • Resolve telecom-related concerns efficiently and professionally
    • Deliver excellent customer service with high levels of accuracy
    • Meet process metrics and KPIs
    • Maintain confidentiality and process compliance
    Skills Required:
    • Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
    • Minimum 6 months international voice experience mandatory
    • Willingness to work in rotational shifts and rotational weekly offs
    • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure
    Salary & Benefits:
    • Salary: Up to 5 LPA
    • Shifts: Rotational shifts with rotational offs
    • Cab Facility: 2-way cab provided
    • Working Days: 5 days working with 2 days off
