Job Description

    We are hiringR2R (Record to Report)professionals for a leading MNC inBangalore. If you have experience in general ledger accounting, month-end close, and financial reporting, this is your chance to grow your career in a structured, global finance environment.Location:Bangalore (Work from Office)Experience:15 Years in R2R / General Ledger / AccountingShift:Rotational Shifts (including Night Shifts based on project)Salary:4 7.5 LPA (Based on experience)Education:B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter preferredRoles & Responsibilities:
    • Perform end-to-end R2R processes including journal entries, intercompany accounting, and fixed asset accounting
    • Month-end and year-end closing activities
    • Prepare and review financial statements and reports
    • Balance sheet reconciliation and variance analysis
    • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
    • Coordinate with other finance teams like P2P, O2C, and FP&A
    • Support internal and external audit requirements
    Skills Required:
    • Strong understanding of Record to Report / General Ledger Accounting
    • Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / Workday preferred)
    • Good analytical and reconciliation skills
    • Proficiency in MS Excel
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
