Must Have:1 Knowledge on the HP SM 9.X Architecture implementation and configuration2 Experience in implementing, configuration and customization of Incident , problem, knowledge, change and service Management3 Webservices Integration , HP SM using SOAP and REST API4 Creating and Managing the Connect-IT Scenarios5 JAVA and RAD languages for customizationGood to have:1 ITIL Process knowledge and implementation experience2 HP CMDB and Asset Manager working experience3 Experience with Service catalog design and implementation4 Should have SQL knowledge on the Service DBResponsibilities: 1 Responsible for HP Service manager availability and performance2 Responsible for All modules development and customization3 Responsible for Other tools integration with HP Service manager4 Maintaining the ITSM tool for various reports and SLA5 Responsible for BAU operations for HPSM.
