The HR Executive objective will be to support the organization within every area of a companys human resources operations. An HR executive performs the basic functions of the HR department, handling areas such as personnel management, social welfare and the maintenance of HR records. Responsibilities Include: Understanding and analysing the clients manpower requirements in different skill set categories.
