Job Description

Dear Candidate,Greetings of the day!We are Hiring forHR ExecutiveResponsibilities

  • Attendance, Time-management, Updating leave status etc. in HRIS
  • HR Operational work like maintaining MIS, employee records, details and
  • General Administration including approvals
  • Maintenance of compliance forms of employees
  • Conduct new employee orientations and induction.
  • Employee engagement activities including weekly activities, birthdays celebrations, festivals, and other engagement.
  • Handling employee grievances.
  • Publish or post job vacancy on job portals
  • Resume screening as per requirement and Schedule the job interviews
  • Interview applicants about their experience, education and skills.
  • 80% generalist role and 20% recruitment role.
Requirements:
  • MBA in HR
  • Candidate should be from Bangalore or must have spent 3-4 years in Bangalore
  • Proven work experience of at least 2-3 years as an HR Executive or similar role
  • Excellent Oral & Written communication skills.
  • Experience with full-cycle recruiting
  • Immediately available candidates will be preferred
  • We are not looking for candidates more than 1 month of notice period.
  • Should be okay with working in co-working spaces
