      Notice Period : Immediate - 15 days (Max)
    • Should have 0-3 months of ITrecruitmentexperience.
    • Must be excellent in sourcing through - Internal Database/ATS, Job boards, Social Media, Headhunting and many more
  • Sourcing, Screening, Shortlisting, Interviewing, qualified IT Engineers for different skills and different levels across domains in IT industry.
  • Interview coordination, Constant follow-up with the candidates who are dash board till they join the client organizations.
  • Would be working on mid to senior level hiring in products, ecommerce and Technology players in the industry.
      • Should be good in End to Endrecruitmentprocess.
      • Should possess excellent communication skills and negotiation skills.
      • Agile and fast decision makers to deliver quality in the dynamic nature of Staffing business.
      • Target oriented and have a Go- getter attitude.
      • Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles.
Mandatory Skills:
    • Hands on experience in entirerecruitmentlife cycle
    • Experience in sourcing through job boards, social media
    • Should possess good communication skills
    • Strong stakeholder management skills
REQUIREMENT:
  • Graduate/Under Graduate
  • Freshers are also eligible.
  • Experience sourcing candidates through various tools including job boards, Internet sourcing, and cold calling.
  • Ability to work proficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Package: As per Industry Standards depending on last drawn salary.
  • Shift timings:9:00 Am to 6:00 PM
