Job Title: HR Manager Job Location: Bangalore, India Transportation: Should be Taken Care by The Candidate Only. Job Shift: UK ( 1:30pm To 10:30pm) Experience: 8 To 12 Years Position Summary: 1. Development of the HR department. 2. Optimally utilizing the budget allocated for performance appraisal and ensuring employee satisfaction 3. Development of an employee oriented company culture which focuses on quality, high performance and development of key employee retention. 4. Line managing HR team as appropriate including performance appraisal, promotions etc. 5. Create and implem strong performance management and ensuring a thorough follow up. 6. Maintain an up- to- date file record of employees. 7. Create and implement HR policies and procedures of the company time to time. 9. Monitor and advice on disciplinary and grievance matters which in accordance with the companies policies and procedure. 10. Look for payroll management independently.
