Job Description

HR Manager - Global Compensation & Benefits (India, USA, Europe) - (8 - 12 Years) Education: PGDM / MBA (HR)Joining Location: Bangalore / PuneExperience: 8 - 12 yearsJob description:This role would act as a Functional Lead for all aspects of Global Compensation and India Benefits. The high-level responsibilities would be to strategize, advise, implement, and support HR & the Leadership Team to develop and implement organisations compensation philosophy and benefit programs to attract, retain and engage employees.Required Skills and Experience- Deep understanding of compensation practices- Proficient in job evaluation and job analysis methods- Knowledge of establishing job roles, job architecture- Expert Knowledge of performance management methodologies- Expert knowledge of pay for performance methodologies- Knowledge of statutory and regulatory guidelines and its alignment to compensation structures- Experience in designing and implementing employee well-being programs- Ability to analyse complex data and make recommendations in an articulated manner- Proficient in working on global compensation tools- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially with strong MS Excel and Power Point working and presentation skills- Exceptional written and verbal communication- Ability to independently interact and engage with Senior Leadership and stakeholders- Highly organised and process oriented- Self-starter who can work independently with high level guidance and direction Responsibilities :Compensation :- Manage the Compensation portfolio for all global locations (India, USA, Europe)- Manage the Benefits portfolio for India- Partner with various functions and HRBPs to understand their requirements, provide insights and support HR specific projects- Prepare HR-related documentation including, but not limited to, variable compensation plans, severance agreements- Liaison with external agencies for market data collection and salary benchmarking- Carry out job analysis and job mapping in order to create job levelling matrix. Work with department managers and HRBPs in the creation and maintenance of job descriptions, career path frameworks- Create and maintain employee friendly and legally compliant compensation structure- Own, Communicate and manage end-to-end Merit Raise process independently- Design and Implement performance linked incentive programs- Create and manage LTIs / STIs and other relevant schemes a per business needs- Periodically review existing practices and recommend changes for improvements- Analyse data, perform compensation modelling and what if analysis- Prepare articulate presentations for HR and Leadership- Define and follow optimal processes for data managementBenefits :- Own and end to end Manage the entire group Insurance lifecycle for the India location. This includes but not limited to - establish the benefits framework- timely closure of renewals of all Group Insurance Policies- identify and propose the optimal benefit program for our employees- periodic (monthly, annual, as and when required) data feed to external agencies (Insurance providers/ TPAs) - Manage and promote employee assistance programs- Manage and promote employee wellness activities in the organisationRewards and Recognition :- Manage Incentive Programs- Manage the recognition process as per the organisations philosophyGeneral :- Have previous experience with HR systems such as ADP Workforce Now preferred- Experienced working in a high volume and fast-paced environment - Interact positively and productively with all levels of company employees- Passionate about employee well-being and run benefit awareness workshops regularly- Must maintain a positive and professional demeanour at all times- Follow companys Code of Ethics and other corporate policiesWork Experience :- Minimum 8 years overall experience with at least 3 years of continuous experience as a C&B manager in MNCs- Prior experience in managing end-to-end Performance Management Process for a mid-sized organisationEducational Qualification :- MBA/Masters degree with specialisation in HR from a reputed institute- Certification in C&B preferred,
