The ideal candidate will ensure seamless HR processes, including onboarding, payroll, compliance, and employee lifecycle management.Key Responsibilities:
    • Manage end-to-end HR operations processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
    • Handle onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and background checks.
    • Support payroll processing, employee records management, and HRIS updates.
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
    • Assist in employee query resolution and HR policy implementation.
    What Were Looking For:
    • 1-3 years of experience in HR Operations or a similar role.
    • Strong understanding of HR systems and labor laws.
    • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
