Job Description

    • New hire to Exit lifecycle Management
    • Manage the employee onboarding and offboarding processes to enhance new and departing employee experience
    • Continuous improvement initiatives of the above processes
    • Employee Benefits Management and Administration
    • Manage all employee benefits, including broker/ vendor relationships, enrollment, claims resolution, and general employee queries.
    • HRIS/Tools Management & Administration
    • Maintain HR information and manage/initiate relevant employee experience processes in HCM systems (Oracle) tool ensuring personnel actions are processed timely and accurately; provides periodic and ad-hoc reports as needed
    • Quickly resolve any employee issues when they arise and address the root cause to build business resilience
    • Leave Management and Administration (Tool based)
    • Payroll Management - Ensuring payroll inputs are processed accurately and in a timely manner Page 2 of 3
    • Knowledge of and ability to adhere to and update Human Resources policies, procedures, and practices.
    • Labour Compliance
    • Proactively monitor employment laws for compliance and make recommendations to update policies as needed
    • Update monthly audit and compliance dashboards to measure data integrity and ensure appropriate and relevant audit control requirement are met
    • Employee Communication
    • enable inputs from the site for Newsletters, All Hands Meet and communication pertaining to Employee Engagement projects
    • Bring in new Employee Engagement initiatives / Enable employee functional groups related to fun at work, Community relations, Corporate Social Responsibility etc.
    • Be an effective team member contributing to Opco local/global & Fortive wide HR projects.
    Post-Graduation- MBA/MSW in HR Required Competencies: Team Player, Good Communication, Stakeholder Management Minimum Years of experience required: 5- 7 Years Experience as HR Generalist Desired Competencies:
