In this role, as an HR Operations Team Leader at HubSpot, you will have the opportunity to lead the APAC and EMEA HR Ops teams, ensuring smooth day-to-day operational excellence and seamless HR support. You will be responsible for leading the delivery, effectiveness, and continuous evolution of core HR processes and policies while maintaining compliance with employment laws. Your role will involve collaborating closely with HR Ops leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure efficient processes that foster a positive employee experience. Additionally, you will be involved in executing HR ops automation initiatives and maintaining an active CI/Project pipeline to meet business needs and compliance requirements.
