Collect data on cost per hire and time-to-hire6) Screen applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements7) Work with hiring managers to create job descriptions8) Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation9) Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need10) Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruitingThe HR recruiters main goal:1) To efficiently and effectively fill open positions. 2) To develop recruiting plans using traditional sourcing strategies and new, creative recruiting ideas. 3) Also may test applicants and extend job offers.Essential Skills:Communication skills: Communicate with managers and employees regularly to establish rapport, gauge morale, and source new candidate leads. Must also be able to communicate with potential job candidates.Interpersonal skills: Must have the ability to work with various departments on filling open positions and fostering teamwork. Must also be able to effectively deal with potential candidates.Decision-making skills: Must be able to review candidates- applications and decide whether or not they meet the qualifications to be considered for positions.Discretion: Like most human resources positions, must be able to handle employee/candidate information with utmost confidentiality.Reporting and Presentation SkillsMS Office SuiteEducational Requirements: Engineering Degree with an MBA in HR from a reputed and recognized institution.Would be a plus:- A proven record in start-up environment working with innovations- Exposure to a high paced working environment,
