Job Description

    Job Title: HR Field RecruiterJob Summary:We are seeking an experienced and results-driven HR Field Recruiter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting top talent for our organization, building relationships with hiring managers, and ensuring a seamless recruitment process.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs- Source candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.)- Conduct phone screens, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidate fit- Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to job offer extension- Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies- Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize the hiring process- Collaborate with HR team members to ensure alignment with organizational goalsRequirements:- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field- 2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR- Proven track record of meeting recruitment targets- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations
