Job Role : HR RecruiterJob Description1. Involved in End-to-End recruitment Process.2. Sourcing the right candidates profile through job portals Referrals/ Database/Social networks etc.3. Shortlisting resumes by evaluating the candidates4. Minimum 2 Years of experience in IT/Non IT recruitment.5. Need to work on Permanent Staffing & lateral hiring.6. Source, Screening, interview, and select applicants for respective positions.7. Meet with hiring managers to determine job duties.8. List job postings on job portals9. Call applicants and perform telephonic screens.10. Instruct applicants on the nature of the job and educating about selection process11. Participate in implementing new recruiting technology12. The candidate will be responsible in meeting requirements by time.13. Should be detail oriented, highly skilled, and a team player.14. Good analytic skills and expertise to be proficient in hiringthrough various channels, utilizing job portals, free job posting sites, social networking sites etc.15. Employee Engagement16. Should be able to work under Pressure and Result Oriented.Laptop/Computer with good internet connection & phone is must .Qualification : Any Graduate / MBAWorking Hours : 9.00 am - 6.00 pm (Monday - Saturday)Exp : 2 YrsOnly serious candidates required who can join immediately.
