Job Description

*Job Description for HR Delivery Lead with Schneider Electric IndiaSchneider Electric (SE) is the global specialist in energy management and automation. Schneider Digital (SD): All IT needs for SE are managed by a group called Schneider Digital (SD); spread across 303 locations in 60 countries with over 2300 staff; along with various engagements with all major Global IT Service Providers.Role: There are various HR Applications which are supported and maintained by Support and Product Engineering team. This role is to lead both the teams and take complete accountability of HR Delivery for Schneider Electric.Qualifications & Certifications

  1. Engineering Graduate or Master of Computer Applications (MCA) or Master s in Business Administration (MBA) or PGDBM
  2. Certified in one or more project management areas PMP, Prince 2, CSM, ITIL, AGILE Safe, etc.
Required Skills (Must have) along with necessary industry experience General
  1. Total experience of 10-15 years, with excellent communication and coordination skills
  2. Will lead a team of 14 20 resources
  3. Experience with HR Applications such as Oracle HCM Talent Link & Taleo, Cornerstone, iCIMS, Qualtrics, Collibra, Gloat, etc.
  4. Hands-on experience in delivering services such as Support, Enhancements, Data Management, Integration, & Security across the above-mentioned HR Applications
  5. Experience in leading teams that work on support / ticket activities and enhancements; across the above-mentioned HR Applications
  6. Self-motivated, positive attitude and ability to inject optimism
  7. Ability to challenge status quo and lead discussions in the right direction
  8. Ability to collaborate with various teams locally and globally
  9. Ability to influence without authority
  10. Ability to articulate thoughts and ideas clearly
  11. Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to negotiate the best things for the organization
  12. Experience in various stakeholders including vendors, executives, consultants and suppliers
  13. Crisis, conflict, issues management skills
  14. Eye for detail as well as understanding of the big picture

Functional
  1. Should have knowledge of HR domain and processes
  2. Should have functional experience of HR applications
  3. Experience in leading teams
  4. Go-to-person for all support and enhancement related information
  5. Experience in managing change request and support queues
  6. Responsible for coordinating the overall governance of the team
  7. Maintain and enhance operating rhythm
  8. Capture and monitor all key metrics as required by the Schneider Digital Quality teams
  9. Experience in managing challenging stakeholders
  10. Ability to validate change requests
Technical
  1. Hands on experience on the following HR Tools & Applications: Oracle HCM Talent Link & Taleo, Cornerstone, iCIMS, Qualtrics, Collibra, Gloat
  2. Knowledge of ticket and SLA management
  3. Good knowledge and practical experience in Agile methodology & DEVOPS
  4. Ability to churn and present numbers in different dimensions as per the need
  5. Prepare/validate Statement of Work for suppliers
  6. Should be able to identify opportunities for automation and implement the same to bring in efficiencies
Essential Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  1. Change request prioritization and planning & delivery of HR services
  2. Escalate and identify other routes where progress is stuck
  3. Tracking and following up the action items
  4. Ensure all requests are addressed in a timely manner with optimal solution
  5. Simplify use every opportunity to simplify to the maximum extent possible and go the extra mile in doing so
  6. Collaborate with internal teams to address business needs
  7. Assume personal responsibility for achieving defined outcomes
  8. Effectively plan & organize work to deliver consistent results
  9. Ensure regular and optimal communication with all stakeholders
  10. Stake holder Management
  11. Budgeting, forecasting and capacity planning for the year and tracking expenses regularly
  12. Manage Escalations, ensuring nothing goes to the next level
Desired Skills (Nice to have in addition to the Required Skills)
  1. Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture for HR Applications such as: Oracle HCM TalentLink & Taleo, Cornerstone, iCIMS, Qualtrics, Collibra, Gloat
  2. Familiar with latest HR Applications across various HR functions such as Talent Acquisition, Learning, etc.
