Job Description

General Summary

The Associate Workforce Strategy Analyst, Human Resources, provides assistance with and facilitates the company s HR processes specifically in the area of people data management and reporting, and ensures the integrity of all Human Resources data within the HR systems through the proficient use of various reporting tools, data auditing methodology, and advanced knowledge of systems and data elements.

Incumbent maintains and reviews the HR data reporting process including, but not limited to, requests and approvals utilizing appropriate security controls, the creation and design of various routine and intermediate level reports, as well as the delivery of both ad hoc and recurring reports to all departments and management levels within the organization.

Works closely with the HR team and other internal stakeholders to deliver data in a reliable and accessible manner, enabling on-demand and predictive analysis in support of regular business processes and strategic initiatives.

Duties

  • Maintains HRIS data:
  • Responsible for mass data uploads due to company projects, the annual performance management processes, and other large-scale changes, coordinating with appropriate Business Partners to ensure accuracy in the process.
  • Accountable for data integrity. Creates, maintains and conducts ongoing data audits based on the needs of the business.Identifies inconsistencies or missing information and coordinates with other departments to ensure data retrieval or correction.
  • Proactively utilizes HRIS reports and other data sources to identify data integrity issues and determines the appropriate approach to ensure employee and company structure data elements are updated correctly and in a timely manner.
  • In partnership with the regional Directors of HR and local HR teams, communicates HR systems processes to ensure consistent data entry, reporting and other system practices.
  • Maintains the end-to-end reporting creation and delivery processes:
  • Delivers routine (daily/weekly/monthly reporting) and responds to basic and intermediate ad hoc data requests.
  • In partnership with HR leaders and teammates, develops and implements advanced reporting, including predictive analytics, statistics, and dashboards.
  • Partners with internal stakeholders, including but not limited to:
  • Aptean s Business Systems team, to ensure internal systems are in sync with all HR systems and 3rd party vendor systems
  • IT team, to update and maintain internal e-mail Distribution Lists, and to ensure user network access is enabled/disabled appropriately throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Finance team, to align headcount and forecasting data to ensure financial integrity for accounting processes
  • Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Experience with Personnel Records or other complex databases, with an emphasis on reporting and data integrity, required.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel required; working knowledge of SQL a plus.
  • Detail oriented with strong analytic and diagnostic skills, as well as a data-driven and metrics-driven approach.
  • Understanding of the links between data, HR requirements and business needs.
  • Commitment to excellence and high standards; holds self and others accountable.
  • Excellent collaboration, written and oral communication skills.
  • Versatility, flexibility and a willingness to work through constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
