Job Description

    3/5+ years of experience as an HRIS analyst.Ability to collaborate provides technical support of HR systems, and train stakeholders.Proficiency in HRM software, such as Workday HCM (Preferred)Experience in documenting processes, tests and audits.Exceptional analytical abilityExtensive experience in analyzing HRIS data and HR performance metrics.Should be able to independently gather and interpret data, as well as improve HRIS processes.Advanced proficiency in handling data and database management, SQL queries, MS ExcelGood interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills Internally consult with end-users, business leaders and HR team to gather business requirements for various HRIS systemsParticipate and contribute to assessment of off-the-shelf technology solutions to suit organization s HRIS needsLiaise with external vendors, internal technology team and other stakeholders to manage implementation of various HRIS systemsProactively drive adoption of various HRIS systems; take led in co-ordinating and systematically training end-userCollaborate with business and other HR team members to identify system/process improvements/enhancements and automation opportunities; recommend and drive implementation of solutionsOversee, administer, and maintain various modules of HRIS, including customization, and upgrades to systems and applicationsManages permissions, access, personalization, and similar system operations and settings for HRIS users.Provides technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to HRIS users; first line of contact for any HRIS system issueCreate/own all process documentation related to HRIS systems, including implementation and ongoing maintenanceHave continuous communication channels with business leaders and other stakeholders; gather feedback on system issues and work diligently to get them fixedAnalyse HRIS data, define appropriate performance metrics, create and distribute reports/dashboards targeted at multiple levels in the organization, including C-levelCustodian of all data, reports and analytics related to HR-related processesResponsible for compliance of HRIS system (including data stored within the applications) with various applicable local laws and any specific customer regulatory requirements,
