Minimum 8 years of Experience in Oracle E-Business R12/11i HRMS Should have at least 4 Implementation Experience as a Technical Consultant. Design, develop, test, implement and support custom interfaces/extensions as required. Document Technical Specification/Requirements Should be familiar with HCM modules technical architecture and Open API s Should be very good in SQL/PL-SQL, XML Publisher reports, Workflows.
