These solutions will help drive organizational high-performance, solid business results, and support Forcepoint s vision to understand the world s cyber behaviors to stop the bad and free the good. The HR Project Coordinator will work in partnership with the Human Resources Business Partner, to coordinate and support development, implementation, and management of Human Resources business processes and initiatives globally.Essential Functions and Responsibilities

  • Working under general supervision provides key support for the Global HR programs to include coordination, administration, reporting and data analysis
  • Provides broad administrative support to the HRBPs, employees and HR initiatives.
  • Supports special HR projects in partnership with HR Management
  • Assists HR department with the implementation of corporate-wide initiatives
  • Supports HRIS administration of employee business processes
  • In partnership with the HRBP, develops tools and resources to deploy globally for use by HR Business Partners, Managers and Employees
  • Administers, coordinates and supports the development and implementation Human Resources processes and tools to build organizational capabilities needed to execute Forcepoint s strategic priorities
  • Coordinates the delivery of learning and development programs in partnership with internal customers, subject matter experts and vendors
  • Collaborates with HR Business Partners to support implementation of processes and tools with global functional groups to improve the depth of the talent pipeline, level of employee engagement, and manager capabilities
  • Collaborates with HR Management to determine best communication approaches to reach global employee population
  • Supports and administers communication plans and materials for Human Resources initiatives
  • Performs other related duties as required.
Qualifications
  • Must have strong coordination, analytical, interpersonal, communication, problem solving, and creative thinking skills
  • Ability to partner effectively with all levels of employees from Management Team members to entry level employees in all functions worldwide
  • Excellent interpersonal communications skills to effectively interact, exercise discretion, judgment and diplomacy when dealing with internal and external customers and executive management
  • Excellent written communication skills to deliver engaging and effective messages to employees worldwide
  • Consistent proven ability to manage/implement projects
  • Facility with reporting and data analysis
  • Ability to take initiative, be accountable for individual and team results, and motivate self and others to set and achieve very high performance standards, is highly accountable
  • Experience working effectively with global employees in multiple countries
  • Requires minimal supervision, yet is open to constructive feedback and coaching
  • Ability to use with ease the Microsoft suite of solutionsEducation and/or Experience
  • Bachelor s degree or equivalent preferable; and/or certificate in HR studies program
  • Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience
  • 2+ years of working in global business environment
