As we continue to grow and expand our team, we are looking for talented and enthusiastic individuals to join our team.Job Details:Company : Yashmit HRMSJob Title : Production Head (Filter production)Experience :Min 3~5 years of experience in hydraulic filter production or related industry.Location : Whitefield , BangaloreCTC :Based on current CTCQualifications : Diploma /Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (preferred).Position Summary: The Hydraulic Filter Production Head will oversee all aspects of hydraulic filter production, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met. This role will involve managing production schedules, coordinating with other departments, and implementing process improvements to optimize production.Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day production operations for hydraulic filter manufacturing.Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demands.Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are maintained.Collaborate with the engineering team to improve manufacturing processes.Independently develop SOPs, control plans and implement the same.Manage inventory levels to ensure materials are available for production.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.Supervise and train production staff to meet performance goals.Monitor production costs and implement cost-saving measures where possible.Coordinate with other departments, such as sales and procurement, to ensure smooth production flow.Strong knowledge of filter manufacturing processes.Hydraulic Exposure and knowledge is highly preferred not mustExcellent leadership and communication skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Knowledge of quality management systems and lean manufacturing principles.Experience with production planning and inventory management software ( SAP preferred)We would like to confirm your interest in this role.
