As an expert in deploying Identity Governance solutions, the primary responsibility will be to design and deploy the solutions based on the company needs. This role is based in Bangalore, India.Desirable exposure: Application, data and infrastructure governance, experience with legacy on-premise or modern cloud IGA offerings & SSO tool sets, leadership exposure technically managing teams of 4+ developers, hands on development, customization and solution experience on one or more Identity Management solution suite, depth of understanding in Identity Management and Governance use cases etc.If you like fast paced and challenging environment in IAM, you ll enjoy PayPalResponsibilities:

• Design & Deploy Identity Governance solution to meet customer requirements using IAM Tools like Sailpoint, Savinyt, Oracle Identity Manager.
• Design, deploy, implement and integrate IGA with critical applications and infrastructure
• Follow approved life cycle methodologies, create documentation for design and testing
• Interact/coordinate with customers as required
• Resolve technical issues through debugging, research, and investigation.
• Provide technical expertise in creating solutions, designs, proof of concept and implementation
• Conduct research to effectively address and dispel customer s current and future requirements.
• To lead small-to-medium sized technical teams for specific objectives in medium-to-large initiatives (projects, lifecycle work, Proofs of Concept, etc.) and to provide the expert guidance required to drive technical developments in these initiatives
• Develop and implement appropriate Key Performance Indicators and metrics to demonstrate program health and status; including development of scorecards/dashboards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s/equivalent in Engineering
• 10-12 years of industry experience in design, development, customization, configuration, deployment of any Identity Management and Governance products
• Thorough domain knowledge on the below areas of IAG
  • User Lifecycle Management, Provisioning and Reconciliation
  • Auditing, Reporting and user activity Monitoring
  • Access Certification
  • Cloud Security
• Java/J2EE and strong SQL knowledge
• Knowledge of Web Services (REST/SOAP)
• Knowledge of protocols like SAML2.0, OIDC, OAuth 2.0, WebAuthN, SCIM
• Strong in security risk management
• Must be able to thrive in a fast paced, high energy environment
• Ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and maintain a positive attitude
• Experience with leading a Team for delivering Technical Outcomes.

• Proven experience attracting, hiring retaining and leading top engineering talent and high-performance product engineering team.
• Strong written, verbal communications, presentation skills, leadership, problem solving and analytical skills.
• Strong understanding of SOX and other regulations related to Identity and Access Management including GDPR
