Whether it s our Engineering teams that need a test environment or our software running in production, we are seeking skilled systems management professionals ready for the challenge.Your Role and Responsibilities As Identity and Access Management Consultant, you are responsible to perform business impact analysis and risk assessments to reduce the likelihood of significant service outage or disasters. • Responsible for installation/upgradation, applying Patch of RSA L&G
• Creating and modifying workflows for implementing business flows.
• Understanding of user repositories, databases, LDAP Servers, Microsoft Active Directory, and enterprise services such as HR systems application servers, CRM etc.
• Adopt the given technology to meet the drift of customer and business requirements
• Control identities Manage users identities and their roles.
• Primary support for assigned ISV products.
• Provision users for access to resources, simplify compliance with identity and access policies, and monitor user and compliance activity
• Analyze performance issues.
• Support for technical consultation and inquiries from the other IT technical teams
• Support for new product installation and evaluation as needed
• Control access Enforce policies relating to access to web applications, systems, system services, and key information.
• Participate in Disaster Recovery planning and tests as scheduled.
• Problem determination and resolution within expected time frame
• Assume personal responsibility for resolving problems in most effective way possible within SLA reaching root cause and preventing problems
• Lead daily Operations meetings provided there are no P1 incidents running
• Aid with identifying problem management trends

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Experience with Identity and Access Management tool RSA L&G (formerly known as Aveksa).
• Solid understanding of modules such as Access Request, Access Fulfilment (Access Provisioning), RBAC, Access re-certification(review), Database - SQL queries
• Experience in basic Programming/scripting in Java, Shell script.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management with work management, user management, journal management and performance management
• Hands-on expertise on Centrify Identity and Privileged Identity Management - upgrade/patch installation, solving issues, log monitoring
• Validated understanding on following functionalities of Centrify - Add / Delete servers /domains, Manage User HR and Business Partner Data Loads, Define ACIs, services, agents, organizational roles and tree, provisioning and password policies, groups, entities, HR fields, email workflows, challenge questions and responses, IDI feed scheduler

• Proficient in working with high availability environment along with alignment to process (ITIL)

• Intuitive individual with an ability to manage change and proven time management
• Proven interpersonal skills while contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Up-to-date technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing publications
