  • Project Role Description :Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

  • Job Requirements :
      • Key Responsibilities : A: Responsible for deployment, configuration, and application integration of DataPower appliances in Pre-production and Production environments B: Support the application development teams to implement Service Oriented Architecture C: Integration of custom developed web services with DataPower features D: Renewal of certificates E: Troubleshooting interface connectivity errors
      • Technical Experience : A: Should have 4 to 5 years experience in administration of Datapower including installation, upgrade, configuration, security and monitoring B: Hands-on experience on XML, SOAP, XSLT, XSD, XPATH, WSDL, Web Services, WS Security Policy, WSRR and CLI C: Firmware upgradation and degradation D:Configuring Mutual SSL 1-way and 2-way SSL between DataPower and various other components E: Excellent Understanding of technical concepts and strong exposure to the scripting
      • Professional Attributes : A: A good verbal and written communication skills to connect with customers at varying levels of the organization B: Ability to operate independently and make decisions with little direct supervision
      • Educational Qualification : A: 15 years full time education
    • Additional Information : A: Extensive Client Management skills B: Ability to priorities conflicting demands effectively
