Work on a variety of projects to securely integratesystems on top of a common identity platform.Essential Functions:Oracle Identity Manager(OIM) / OIG (Oracle IdentityGovernance) product development and systems integration. OIM / OIG infrastructure management including lifecycle patching, upgrades, and support. Implement and manage data feeds between multipleidentity stores. Work with repository owners to define requirementsand establish rules for managing identities. Establish access policies to control provisioningof accounts. Serve as a senior technical resource demonstratingleadership skills in systems engineering and software development.Improve the time, cost, and risk associated with identityadministration, while driving future direction and evolution of identitymanagement technologies and processes.The OIM Engineer must possess experience with: Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) and Oracle FusionMiddleware. Experience working with OIM tools for migration/synchronizationof data and provisioning/de-provisioning of users. Developing general purpose services, usable by avariety of authorized systems and applications. Customization of Oracle Identity Manager productfunctionality to fulfill requirements that cannot be met with standardout-of-box functionality.Basic Qualifications: Completed a Bachelors level degree and/orequivalent experience. 4 years of experience with Oracle Identity Manager(OIM). 2 years of Experience with J2EE development anddeployment on Oracle Application Server.Preferred Qualifications: Implementation of web services in a ServiceOriented Architecture. DB operations and data analytics. Requirements definition, system design, andsoftware development. Experience in password synchronization acrossdifferent systems through the core provisioning system. Experience in integrating applications into thecore provisioning system for both provisioning and password synchronization. Developing general purpose services, usable by avariety of authorized systems and apps. Customization of Oracle Identity Manager productfunctionality to fulfill requirements that cannot be met with standard out-of-boxfunctionality. Understanding XML concepts and processing. Implementation of web services in a SOAAs a Senior Developer, you are responsible for development, support, maintenance and implementation of a complex project module. You should have good experience in application of standard software development principles. You should be able to work as an independent team member, capable of applying judgment to plan and execute your tasks. You should have in-depth knowledge of at least one development technology/ programming language. You should be able to respond to technical queries / requests from team members and customers. You should be able to coach, guide and mentor junior members in the team. ,
