Job Description

IFRS 17 RCP Senior 2 (42) EY GDS IFRS 17 CoE Core Team

  • Must have 6 Years plus of experience in IT Industry and strong in Insurance domain. Experience in finance transformation and regulatory space is preferable.
  • Need to have good Understanding of Insurance domain (Life or Non Life). Good understanding of IFRS17 standards; hands-on implementation experience (desirable)
  • Played a role of Business Analyst / SME in multiple Insurance / Finance transformation project
  • Worked and gained expertise as a configurator for an Insurance / Finance / IFRS 17 solutions. Preferably in any GL & Actuaries solution
  • Has an implementation experience of an end to end Insurance / Finance / IFRS17 solutions
  • Has worked on cloud-based solutions with exposures to functional and technical aspects
  • Has exposure to Agile methodology used in product implementation for a client. Has created backlog, stories and use cases
  • Contribute in gap assessment and doing the current state and future state analysis.
  • On technical side, good to have prior experience in Insurance transformation programs involving any standard COTs products
  • Skills required on any relational database like Oracle, SQL, MySQL etc. Database concepts should be strong with experience on Data Modelling and data mappings.
  • Knowledge and understanding on any actuarial system (like axis, Prophet) or Accounting engine, General Ledger is PLUS
  • Good to have knowledge on at least one of the scripting languages R or Phython
  • Good analytical skills
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivation and proactiveness in driving/delivering project deliverables
  • Willingness to travel to meet and work with clients
  • Ability to handle teams and multiple other stakeholders
