Job Description

Head of Sales professional to amplify reach of mobile application. Generate sales lead & build up market presence, branding. Corporate networking to generate new business. Conceptualize & drive omnichannel initiatives & work seamless with peersThe incumbent should be ambitious, energetic, a planner, good with people management, and must be data-oriented!Responsibilities: -- Create a core sales team and has skills to scale according to business need - Should be capable of managing his/her team by yourself- Should be self-motivated and move forward as a partner of the company-Develop and deliver the strategy for the PV (profit volume) sales- Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and tech teams to provide product visibility and target the right customer profiles.-Identify and develop new customers in line with the channel and marketing strategy-Understand the clients technical, financial, and marketing needs-Work on the annual plans with customers and monitor the performance of these plans-Negotiate and followup contracts-Provide market, competitor, and customer intelligence, and about relevant industry trends-Participate in national exhibitions and conferences-Establish goals for his/her team-Developing weekly/monthly/annual and sales targets for the team, examine growth opportunities and enable sales improvements-A keen planner with proven abilities to devise strategies and augment business development. He/she should explore new markets and promote products for business excellence-Possess excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills with proven abilities to lead motivated teams to achieve organizational goalsRequired Skills: -7+ years of experience in relevant field .DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILEMarketing Executive Responsibilities:

  • Researching and brainstorming each stage of the project.
  • Delegating assignments to members of the Graphics and Advertising departments, as needed.
  • Supervising employees work, providing direction and clarification, as needed.
  • Ensuring adherence to clients specifications.
  • Coordinating efforts to ensure that campaigns are completed.
  • Adhering to time and financial restrictions.
  • Tracking changes in consumer engagement following the roll-out of each marketing campaign.
  • Compiling reports detailing the effects exerted by each campaign, and sharing these with clients.
Marketing Executive Requirements:
  • Degree in Marketing, Sales, or similar.
  • Prior experience as a Marketing Executive.
  • Proficiency in Hootsuite.
  • A thorough understanding of contemporary trends in consumerism.
  • Excellent research and writing skills, particularly as these apply to marketing.
  • Strong leadership, delegation, and capacity development skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Respect for people and ideas
-Experience in Business development, develop new markets, channel management, and Key Account Management-Excellent verbal and written skills with presentation skills to senior management-Experience in taking decisions related to team hiring & firing, cost investments and achieving targets
