Job Description

    Modeler: As an expert modeler, you will also be required to follow the standard notations, version management, use of asset libraries etc. to build high quality models.The responsibility will include providing guidance, support and training to other process modelers on the standard notations and procedures, build standard dictionaries and asset libraries, review and publishing of models. Capability Building and Product Management: In addition to supporting key initiatives, you will drive the support and growth of the BPM and BDM capability, and center of excellence across all aspects. A key part of the role will be work with stakeholders to share the vision, end goals, manage the relationship throughout the onboarding and providing support to the partners. Key responsibilities include:
    • Establish baseline process architecture which includes process definition and discovery involving decomposition of complex business functions into consistent process inventory nodes
    • Create blueprints that defines the way in which the various business functions within AWM ae integrated; define the end to end customer centric value chains
    • Develop an implementable and sustainable business architect framework online with industry frameworks like APQC etc.,
    • Review processes and process model content to guide process owners to ensure models are in line with established architecture
    • Reconcile process inventory attributes and relationships to other enterprise inventories and taxonomies (Business Capabilities, Risk, RCSA etc.,)
    • Coordinate discussions across all process stakeholders like Process Owner, taxonomy team, Process Modelers to drive maturity of the business architect framework
    • Assist and support LOB initiated process change requests that impact the process models, decomposition of the business functions
    • Maintenance and Change Management of process architecture
    Qualifications
    • Overall 7+ years of experience in process or business architecture, BPM, Process re-engineering
    • Rich experience in process definition, taxonomy maintenance is required
    • BPM or process architecture certification like Object Management Group etc., is desirable
    • Experience on BPMN, DMN and other process modeling frameworks
    • Must be able to facilitate cross-functional, complex audiences
    • Experience in using object-oriented repository tools for BPM, enterprise architecture definition and documentation
    • Experience in coaching and mentoring others in architecture concepts
    • Ability to hold and independently drive stakeholder and working group conversations
    • Hands on experience with mapping and modelling tools using DMN and BPMN example tools include Signavio, Camunda, Sapiens, Appian, etc. will be added advantage
    • Display Change Management skills
    • Understanding of core products and LOBs
    • Excellent verbal communication skills
    • Must be able to influence stakeholders and partners
    • Delivers results through others
    • Knowledge and understanding of low code automation technologies including BPM, BDM execution, RPA etc.,
