Job Description

Roles and ResponsibilitiesPosition: Regional Head -Legal Qualification: LLB/ LLMLocation: Bangalore Regional OfficeKey Responsibilities

  • To offer strategic advice for various legal, commercial and regulatory matters
  • To Negotiating, vetting, reviewing and drafting of commercial and out-licensing contracts
  • To ensure highest standards of Legal Compliance and Ethics are maintained in the Organization
  • To identify potential risks and have mitigation plans ready for the same
  • To represent the Organization in Courts and Tribunals.
  • To steer the matters that are in Litigation and Arbitration, with appropriate due diligence
  • Ensure appropriate due diligence is done in all legal matters.
  • To hold regular meetings with Legal Counsels, Solicitors, Consultants & Advocates
Desired Candidate Profile
  • Preferred Infrastructure/Construction Industry with8 - 16 years of experience
  • Should be willing to travel (Need based for TN & Kerala)
  • Should know any of this languages Kannada, Tamil, Malayalam(Read, Write & Speak)
  • Proven credentials with extensive litigation and arbitration experience
  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks that govern the sectors
  • Achieve favorable judgements and awards for the claims
  • 100% documentation of all processes and regular comparison to best in class processes.
  • Ability to deal with uncertainty and good Negotiating skills
  • Relationship management / Interpersonal skills/Networking / Influencing skills
