Job Description

Senior Finance Manager responsibilities include: The requirements of the position covers all major accounting disciplines of a Multinational corporate which is 18 years old in the IT solutions and Services industry. The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate a top to bottom hands-on approach .   • Driving the companys financial planning
  • Performing risk management by analyzing the organizations liabilities and investments
  • Deciding on investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks
  • Complete control on AP , AR and Cash flow.
Job brief We are looking for an experienced Senior Finance Manager to perform effective risk management and plan the organizations financial strategy. It is a very important and complex role since an organization can only survive if it actively investigates and safeguards its finances. The role is challenging and will reward those who thrive in a fast-paced customer -focused , and entrepreneurial environment , responsible for the entire financial function for the company encompassing all aspects including FP&A , Budgets , Forecasts, Internal controls and operations support. He / She should possess expertise and cross -functional acumen in finance functions including maintenance & finalization of accounts, working capital management, and profit monitoring and building internal financial controls.Conceptualizing and Implementing accounting, financial policies and Principles. Advising management /board on the financial implications, forecasts and analysis.The goal is to protect the companys revenues and profits to achieve full financial control and sustainable growth. Responsibilities Drive the companys financial planningPerform risk management by analyzing the organizations liabilities and investmentsDecide on investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risksControl and evaluate the organizations fundraising plans and capital structureEnsure cash flow is appropriate for the organizations operationsSupervise all finance personnel (controllers, treasurers etc.)Manage vendor relationshipsPrepare reliable current and forecasting reportsSet up and oversee the companys finance IT systemEnsure compliance with the law and companys policiesManage team ofFinance executives , Finance Managers , Compliance Manager and Financial analysts. Requirements Proven experience as Finance Manager / Finance officeror relevant roleIn depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practicesExcellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methodsProficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software (e.g. Tally, Quick books )Ability to strategize and solve problemsStrong leadership and organizational skillsExcellent communication and people skillsAn analytical mind, comfortable with numbersShould have thorough knowledge regarding AR , AP processes in an IT Solution and Services set up Should be a qualified CA with 10 years of experience in an IT Services setup Career Path A successful Finance Manager in our system has the opportunity to grow as a Director of Finance who can step into the role of a CFO or Group CFO.
