Job Description

    *Interested in leveraging technology to solve complex business problems, supporting Identity Access Management (IAM), and implementing firmwide projects. So are we Morgan Stanley HR Data Governance IAM Team is looking for a Vice President to join the Human Resources Department. This individual will be leading change initiatives and will be responsible for people management activities for local resources within the HR Divisional Data Office. These resources will have a matrixed geographical reporting line. The team is accountable for the delivery of key strategic initiatives relating to Access Management across a large portfolio of HR services and applications. This individual will need to rapidly adjust existing access management operational processes and procedures supporting the rollout of new HR technologies. This individual will assist our team and stakeholders with bridging the current state business process and technologies with our future state vision. As the HR adopts new technologies, this manager will be responsible for managing and leading key prioritized initiatives as part of the HR Identity Access Management Roadmap. Efforts will also need to be made to remediate existing applications where applications need to be brought up to HR and Firmwide access management standards. Our strong commitment to a culture of inclusion is evident through our constant focus on recruiting, developing and advancing individuals based on their skills and talents., *- You have:- Several years of Identity & Access Management work experience. - Stakeholder change management experience- Experience with Risk monitoring and reporting- Experience managing people, matrixed teams and operational activities. - Knowledge of key IAM concepts such as Privileged Access Management, Authorization, and Authentication.- Experience with Identity Governance Tools (e.g., SailPoint, Forgerock, Oracle Identity Manger, Okta) - Experience with Role Based Access Control (RBAC) concepts. - Experience with planning for and delivering on commitments to an audit and/or risk function- Strong experience with MS Excel and PowerPoint.- Problem solving attitude with solid sense of accountability and sound personal judgement.- A confident communicator (strong written and verbal English); a self-starter- Aptitude for learning new systems and technologies.- Familiarity with HR data (is a plus).
