Job Description

    Coordination with offshore elements Including ServiceNow ticket handling, queue monitoring, timely resolution and escalation of tickets as required. Note; Where ServiceNow escalation occurs, the ticket is still owned by the Engineer. Call handling Telephone Support ServiceNow activities Escalation procedures The team would follow the defined Standard Operating Procedures SOP process Provide fault tracing and diagnosis Service Areas covered Switching, Routing, WAN, Remote access, firewalls(checkpoint) and proxy services. Inventory management and reporting as instructed by HEU Management Basic Windows server and Active Directory administrative tasks (Secondary skill) VMWare support and administration (Secondary skill) Complete any tasks as directed by HEU management that are within the remit of a network/server engineer. Track assigned tasks using ServiceNowMorning operational checks (as defined in the HEU document library) Triage and escalate WAN outages Administration of remote access accounts Auditing and monitoring systems (Checkpoint, Proxy and related appliances) LAN Configuration changes Complete any tasks as directed by HEU management that are within the remit of a network engineer. Track assigned tasks using ServiceNow Maintain documentation to reflect ongoing changesJob Segment: System Administrator, Network, Technology ,
