Duties & Responsibilities Acquire and maintain a comprehensive understanding of greytHR - in terms of usage, configuration, implementation and value proposition. Proactively build strong customer relationshipsUnderstand client requirements, configure the greytHR application to address these requirement, port client data, provide user training and support to the client in implementing the application in their organization in a time bound and professional mannerSolutionize either through configurations or workarounds to address client specific requirementsSupport clients on phone, email or remote support tools in using and deriving maximum value from the applicationDevelop competence in the use of all the information systems used in the implementation of the application. Ensure all project related activities are completed so as to enable the organization to continuously track and improve the Implementation processActively contribute to the continuous improvement in the areas of implementation process, product and customer support. Ensure the safe management of customer data and confidentiality Qualifications & Skills Bachelors degree in Commerce, BCA or an MCAAtleast 2 to 4 years experience in implementing HR / Payroll software or: atleast 2 year experience in processing Payroll for clients in an outsourced/ BPO environment or: high degree of familiarity with Indian HR & Payroll processes and compliancesDomain knowledge in Indian HR / Payroll is mandatory.
