Job Description

    1) Responsible for Quality assurance activities in Department by facilitating effective process / tools implementation and ensure delivered quality in compliance with ISO /TS (IATF16949) , standards and QMS in the area of mechanical engineering services and product development2) Responsible for Defect analysis and prevention activities in department3) Responsible for checking the effective implementation of the processes in the project and reporting status of implementation to relevant stakeholders4) Responsible Quantitatively analyzing relevance and implementing improvements across the department based on the customer feedback, Industry best practices and Industry trends5) Responsible for identification of Root Causes and its effectiveness measurement using problem solving techniques like 5 why , 3X5Why, Fish bone and 8D methods6) Support department during external audits and certifications for successful certification and re-certifications(ISO, ASPICE, NABL, CMMi)7) Support management in making decision WRT to quality improvement actions using quantities data8) Support central Quality team / process definition in implementing the organizational level activities,
