Job Description

    Job DescriptionJob Objective:
    • To enable the Key account to optimally use the digital capabilities of the organization for effective and efficient operations towards key result areas achievement identified during LT, MT & ST workshops
    • Coordinate effective IT Portfolio (Infrastructure & Application) management and adherence to IT processes / guidelines defined by Bosch & RBIN/ICO, for the Plant.
    • Support Plant Location for IT security, IT Cost optimization & compliance mgmt. as per Bosch guidelines.
    • Manage line / virtual / matrix teams towards realizing IT enabled process improvement projects and Support.
    Primary Responsibility:
    • Be the Single Point of Contact for Customer to support their business by leveraging on IT. Key business contact representing IT in promoting IT services and capabilities. Support in delivering technology products that meet the needs of the business.
    • IT Project portfolio compilation (inputs from key account, Regional, Division and Central portfolio) as per process calendar, communicate & buy-in with key stakeholders on appropriate priority, timelines, capacity and costs and management of execution.
    • Management of line / Virtual / matrix IT organization (e.g.: Process Org., P-DSP, AM-P, etc.) of Plant, inclusive contracting, target setting & feedback for GPD & CptM.
    • Structured communication with stakeholders via IT Process Review Meet.
    • Drive the IT strategy calendar and targets as per RBIN/ICO and Plant.
    • Involve in overall business strategy development of Plant & support them through leveraging on appropriate Bosch standardized IT tools and IT enabled best practices/processes.
    • Coordination for IT MAE (Infra) in alignment with business strategy of Plant and Bosch guidelines.
    • IT (Applications & Services) obsolescence mgmt/advisory in line with RBIN/ICO & Bosch guidelines
    • IT Service Level Agreement (SLA) Mgmt with internal / external service providers at optimum costs.
    • IT governance & Security Mgmt as per Bosch guidelines in close coordination with ISP & AM responsible and drive IT auditory compliance and sustenance initiatives as needed.
