Job SummaryTrainee - Inbound Voice - Bangalore.Job Description

  • Answer calls and provide the required information by resolving queries. This task is performed by following standards of the company and maintaining premium quality of services
  • Coordinate with the customers, try to know their concerns by avoiding any interruption in conversation, etc
  • Address all complaints of the customers and make sure that they are resolved in time and within the given guidelines
  • Assist and guide customers with all the required knowledge of the services and goods
  • Analyze the clients requirement after conversation with them and recommend services that will match their needs
  • Keep a track of the potential customers and their requirements
  • Ensure premium level of client satisfaction in one phone call
  • We need at least 70% of the team who knows to speak Hindi, rest 30% can be with English (any South India Language will be added advantage).
Experience
  • 0 to 3 yrs of experience asCustomer Caremandatory
  • 70% Hindi is compulsory and rest 60% can be with English (any South India Language will be added advantage)
  • Fresher candidates they offered salary 12k Only
  • Experience inBPO / ITESpreferred.
Communication
  • Excellent Hindi skills - Ability to Speak, Read & Write
  • Fluent English skills - Ability to Speak, Read & Write.
