The primary role of the applicant will be to handle customer complaints, process orders, and provide information about an organizations products and services.Roles and Responsibility:

  • Manage and assist the Customer calls in a timely manner for various reasons like answer inquiries, resolve complaints, requests and provide information.
  • Identifying and assessing customers needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Primary focus is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Keep records of all conversations in database in a comprehensible way.
Eligibility Criteria:
  • Applicant should be fluent inEnglish & Hindi(Mandatory).
  • Relevant experience in customer service would be an added advantage.
  • Very good spoken English & Good Attitude
