Job Description

    Position : Incentive CompensationExperience : 3 - 7 YearsLocation : Noida/Bangalore/Hyderabad/Pune ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Work with project manager/leads on capturing business requirement for managing sales incentive program
    • Document business requirement documents
    • Configure solutions for managing incentive programs
    • Analyze data and review with Project manager/client
    • Build analysis models
    • Create validation mechanism for reviewing sales incentive and other KPIs
    • Collaborate with project manager/client on timelines and ensure deliverables with right quality and within the timeline
    • Provide insights on the KPIs and sales incentive
    • Perform incentive compensation health check
    • Create analysis models for incentive compensation plan design
    • Work on platforms for managing sales incentives for life sciences organizations
    REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
    • 3-5 years of professional experience in leading techno functional teams for delivery of sales performance management/Incentive Compensation engagements
    • Preferred Experience of working with life sciences clients
    • Preferred Experienced in incentive compensation delivery
    • Experience in other commercial operations processes like alignment, call planning, field reporting will be added advantage
    • Excellent in communication and storyboarding of results.
    • Self-starter, ability to work with minimal supervision, pick up new solutions quickly & ability to work under pressure.
    • Energetic and ability to contribute to organization beyond assigned work.
    • Experience of working with firms specializing in product-based services, services firms. Behavioural Competency:
    • Proven experience of leading and developing teams
    • Excellent communication skills (must be able to interface with team in India and US)
    • Strong analytical skills to solve and model complex business requirements are a plus.
