Roles and Responsibilities n tResponsible to define the Hardware Architecture for Electric Vehicle PDU (Power Distribution Unit), Inverter and MCU. n tResponsible to design the Hardware PCB layout for Electric Vehicle PDU, Inverter and MCU. n tResponsible to perform the Simulation and Component selection of Electric Vehicle PDU, Inverter and MCU. n tParticipate and perform HW development review. n tPrepare and Develop Hardware documentations. n tInteract with Customers / Stakeholders to clarify / obtain the inputs during the development. n tDefine HW validation requirements. n tValue Engineering to optimize the Hardware Design. n tController selection in-consultation with SW team and other stakeholders. n tPrepare innovative and efficient HW solutions using latest technology tools to build various GTM proposals. n nSkills n tStrong domain knowledge on Electric Vehicle PDU, Inverter and MCU Hardware Architecture and Software Requirements. n tStrong knowledge of Hardware Design, Controller selection, PCB design, Power Electronics requirements, Interface circuits, etc. n tStrong fundamentals in e-motor control Concepts. n tKnowledge of HW components and test environment development. n tKnowledge of Functional Safety and Cyber Security requirements. n tKnowledge on CAN, CANOe, LIN Protocols. n tHands on experience on Process tools like Door, JIRA, Ansys Simulation tools, etc. n tSystem knowledge of Electric Vehicle n te-Motor control strategies. n tPower Electronics Simulation tools. n tCharger communication protocols. n tASPICE and IATF. n tModel based development - Simulink. n nGraduate in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or other relevant field - 5 to 8 YearsAs a Lead, you are responsible for managing a small team of analysts, developers, testers or engineers and drive delivery of a small module within a project (Delivery/Maintenence/Testing) You may serve as entry level specialist with expertise in particular technology/industry domain/a process / application / product. You are responsible for functionalechnical track of a project. ,
