Job Description

  • Infotainment Automotive domain (Worked on Navigation Map Testing)
  • Mainly in Automation Testing
  • Good programming experience in C# for automation.
  • 3-5 years of experience
  • SW Application Augmented Reality Testing Automation Infotainment Head Unit Job Specification Experience Overall 3 5 years of experience in Embedded Software testing automation and 2 3 years of relevant experience in Infotainment Automotive domain Education Training
  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Electronics Communication Electrical Engineering or in a relevant stream Mandatory Skills Strong experience in Testing of infotainment Features for different Vehicle lines
  • Working experience in testing the infotainment SW in all phases of development Strong Infotainment and Telematics domain knowledge
  • Good programming experience in C for automation Good knowledge of Test driven development Unit and Module testing Proven ability working in Agile Scrum environment using Atlassian tools Manual and Automated Test script definition and execution Validating the completeness of the SW delivered Bug tracking and causal analysis of defects Good Knowledge of Requirement Management Tool DOORS
  • Excellent Communication and Team work skills Desired Skills Knowledge on Automotive Navigation application Knowledge of Automotive Infotainment System Architecture Programming knowledge with C Working experience with Augmented Reality application is an added advantage Proven ability working in Agile Scrum environment using Atlassian tools
  • German language skills are desirable
  • Testing and maintenance of Augmented Reality application on Infotainment HU
  • Testing of AR application on the bench and during test drives Executing test scripts and providing the reports Scripting knowledge with Python or CAPL Documentation of High Level Low Level designing of Test cases
  • Develop flash and test the application in Telematics Head Unit hardware Collaborate with Daimler internal stakeholders and suppliers who are responsible for system components Communication with partners suppliers and within the team
