Job Description

  • Lead the adoption of Agile/Scrum for Infrastructure project delivery
  • Provide Guidance to Projects Managers and Subject Matter Experts to build out Jira Projects at task level
  • Guide the configuration and documentation of JIRA instances
  • Create Jira Dashboards to provide a window into Project activities/Milestones across Infrastructure Organisation
  • Advise on best practices to avoid common challenges and pitfalls
  • Implement custom fields, workflows, screens, dashboards, and reports
  • Manage security, permission, and notification schemes
  • Provide user training and support as required to ensure project success
  • Conduct research on emerging technologies, products, and services
Who you are:
  • Advanced Scrum Master Certified (or SPC (SAFe Program Consultant
  • 4+ years of experience with configuration and administration of Atlassian Products such as JIRA Core, Jira Portfolio, Confluence, and third party add-ons
  • Have 4+ years of using Agile Frameworks in Infrastructure environments
  • Ability to work independently with minimal guidance in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple deliverables through effective time-management and planning
  • You are fluent in English
