Job Description

Description

Infoblox is seeking an Infrastructure Software Engineer to join our team in Bangalore, India. This position will report to the Director of IT Infrastructure, Platforms, and Architecture, based in Santa Clara, CA.

This highly detailed position will play a vital role in the transition of IT to a customer and client-focused, high-velocity Agile-based organization. You will also be involved with developing new web systems and automation applications in a cloud-first environment where security and compliance (FEDRAMP, SOC-2, ISO 27002) are a priority.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop secure customer-facing web applications and serverless (Lambda) services with SSO integration
  • Develop automated provisioning and account creation integrations between ServiceNow, Active Directory, Okta and SaaS applications used by Infoblox s internal clients (e.g., (SalesForce.com, Oracle Fusion, Workday, ServiceNow, OpenLDAP)
  • Develop integrations from ServiceNow that will all Infoblox to provision, change and upgrade IT infrastructure in the cloud or on-premise (AWS, GCP, Azure, VMWare, Cisco ASA, Palo Alto Network firewalls, Cisco switches)
  • IT Infrastructure DevOps (GitHub, Jenkins, ServiceNow) workflows to support ITIL environment (Change Management, CMDB, ITSM)
  • Develop test scripts to validate functionality and security of IT automation software in a DevOps/GitOps environment
  • Perform WordPress based web server configuration for URL redirects and custom PHP flows
  • Work on ColdFusion Web application migration to AWS web-based architecture
  • Perform escalated troubleshooting as required and is the primary technical owner of mission-critical automation systems

Requirements:

  • 5 years of overall experience with experience in web development using JavaScript (Angular 2 ) and PHP
  • Experience in REST API integrations between applications
  • Experience in application development in a GitHub/Jenkins environment
  • Experience working with AWS web and container-based services
  • Expertise in developing applications that leverage AWS Lambda, S3 and Cognito API s
  • Experience in developing PowerShell applications that interact with Active Directory
  • Experience in scripting languages such as CloudFormation, PowerShell, and Python
  • Prefer 2 years experience in developing SSO/Okta based account provisioning
  • Prefer 2 years experience in ServiceNow integrations

Education:

  • Bachelor s degree in CS, CE, EE or equivalent
