A full time technical diploma or engineering degree on computersThe principal purpose is to provide technical and management support for the websites teamResponsibilities: As Web Infra manager, you are responsible for Plan and Design IIS, Apache, Tomcat, Jboss.Manage IIS Services, external & internal SSL certificates, and IIS server security configurations.Perform in - depth technical root cause analysis for high - priority Web application issues.Recommend tuning adjustments to resolve complex performance issuesResponsible for Servers in SharePoint multi - site farm - includes set - up and configuration of SharePoint Services on Servers, maintenance of Web Front End Servers, Indexing Servers, and some aspects of maintaining Database servers.SharePoint Server Farm deployment and maintenanceUnder limited supervision support and engineering of the Web Application Firewall policiesEngineer and Architect solutions using WAF or other security products. Develops and maintains WAF security design documentation.Provide accurate and timely reporting on all project deliverables.Recommends secure and effective solutions for system/application development in compliance with Information.Understands business objectives and provides direction based on best practices, risk, Corporate Policy, and association and regulatory guidelines.Manages large scale, highly technical projects; display solid and effective project management skills.Leads enterprise - wide definition, establishment and maintenance of data security - related infrastructure, applications and processesMaintain a proactive review on the performance of the Web and application serversWriting power Shell Scripts to automate System Administrator jobTroubleshoot / redirect problems to appropriate resource, identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention and track and route problems and requests and document resolutionsCoordinating with different support teams effectively to solve issues and strong commitment to get job done under pressure.Keep abreast on market standards and technology. Recommend management on implementation of such standards / practices which adds value to the business.To ensure that the IT systems and network management is in compliance to the ISO controls and be responsible for audit and compliance.Maintain the company s compliance standards and ensure timely completion of all mandatory on - line training modules and attestationsA full time technical diploma or engineering degree on computersMicrosoft Certification on relevant areas will be an added advantage.ITIL Foundation certification is desirableExperience Details Experience in working on Virtualised environment (VMWare)Minimum 5+ years of experience in IIS, Jboss and Tomcat and Event log analysisExperience in Windows Server 2012/2016, load balancers, networking, DNS, AD, and firewallWorking knowledge on ASP.NET application (sites and virtual directories) configuration and deployment process along with applicationsPerformance monitoring, IIS hardening, and tuningDemonstrated troubleshooting tools SSLDiag, WinDBG, DebugDiag, ProcMon, Fiddler, NetMon, IIS FRT etcIn - depth understanding of SSL certificates deployment & troubleshootingWorking knowledge of supporting MS SQL Server 2012 to 20116Knowledge Requirements Expertise in handling all the Website and WAF tasks and relevant support experience for managing Web infrastructureExpertise in installing, configuring, migrating, performance tuning, troubleshooting, security, HA and load management Window s and non Windows Web servers in various environments like, Windows Server 2008 and Windows Server 2012,2016 platforms and setting up the development, testing and production environmentsExcellent troubleshooting skills on Windows Based Systems & Servers (Preferably remote administration) with strong knowledge in Windows 2012 and Windows 2016 Server Operating System and related Services (essential)Excellent knowledge on Microsoft Active Directory and associated services.,
