  • Fluency in ENGLISH and KANNADA language.
  • Establishing new channels through which new properties could be acquired under our management
  • Explaining the value proposition to potential clients, clearing any doubts, and walking them through closure.
  • Acquiring Channel Partners and managing relationships with them.
  • Creating partnerships with builders, and gated communities, through whom we could market our services.
  • Following up with potential clients on a regular basis, and tracking leads in an organized manner.
  • Setting aggressive targets and tracking all metrics to track our performance, so we know which areas we need to tune.
