Job Description

    Position: Inside Sales Agent (Credit Card Process)Designation: Inside Sales Agent (Credit Card Process)Location: BTM Layout, BangaloreDepartment: Sales (Inside Sales Team)Reporting to: Sales ManagerExperience: Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales (preferably in financial products)Key Responsibilities:
    • Lead Generation: Manage inbound and outbound calls to generate potential leads for the Gold FD Credit Card process.
    • Customer Interaction: Clearly and persuasively explain the features and benefits of the Gold FD Credit Card to potential customers.
    • Sales Conversion: Arrange meetings between field sales managers and customers for further discussions, aiming to convert leads into sales.
    • Customer Support: Address customer queries, handle objections, and deliver excellent service in Kannada and Telugu.
    • Documentation Assistance: Guide customers through the documentation process to ensure smooth onboarding.
    Required Skills:
    • Language Proficiency: Fluency in Kannada and Telugu is required.
    • Communication: Strong verbal communication and persuasive skills.
    • Sales Acumen: Experience in sales or customer service, especially in financial services, is preferred.
    • Customer Orientation: Ability to address customer queries and provide effective solutions.
