Job Description

    Responsibilities:
    • Client Engagement: Initiate and maintain proactive communication with potential clients via phone, email, and other channels to understand their home interior needs and preferences.
    • Product/Service Promotion: Present and effectively communicate the value proposition of our home interior offerings, emphasizing quality, design aesthetics, and functionality, and fix the meeting with the design and sales team.
    • Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new sales leads through cold calling from databases,, networking, and leveraging existing industry contacts and databases.
    • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing assistance or guidance as necessary.
    Requirements:
    • Proven experience of 2-4 years as an Inside Sales Executive or similar role in the home interior design industry will be preferred.
    • Understanding of home interior products, design concepts, and customer needs will be preferred.
    • Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
    • A bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred.
    • A passion for home interior design and a keen eye for aesthetics.
