Job Description

    Business Development/Inside salesExperience: 3 to 4 yearsLanguages: English, Hindi, KannadaLocation: Bangalore(Near electronic city)Key Responsibilities:
    • Handle B2B and B2C leads and convert enquiries into business.
    • Speak with customers, understand their requirements, and provide relevant information.
    • Handle leads received through social media and other channels.
    • Respond to customers requesting catalogues/products information and understand their requirements.
    • Qualify leads and pass relevant B2C leads to dealers/coordinators.
    • Coordinate with both customers and dealers to ensure smooth communication and follow-up.
    • Maintain lead and customer data in Excel and perform basic data-entry activities.
    • Follow up with leads and track their status until they are successfully handed over.
    • Candidate should be smart, confident, proactive, and good at communication.
