Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and self-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process. You should be able to meet targets on key KRA as defined from time to time by Senior Leadership. Reach out to the Customer and Explain about the product and fix an Meeting appointment with the customer for the Field Team. Key Personal Attribute: To be successful as an Inside Sales Representative you should be able to build instant rapport and achieve customer satisfaction. A top Inside Sales Representative should also be very competitive and a good listener.Job Description

  1. Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential new & existing customers, and following up on new or existing leads.
  2. Understanding customers needs, concerns and identifying newer sales opportunities with new or existing customers.
  3. Answering all potential customers questions and sending additional information per email.
  4. Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
  5. Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
  6. Explaining and demonstrating key attributes of products and services.
  7. Staying informed about competing products and services.
  8. Up-selling products and services.
  9. Researching and qualifying new leads.
  10. Closing sales on all opportunities identified and achieving targets.
Experience
  • 1 yr to 3 yrs of experience asTelesales / TelemarketinginBPO / ITESmandatory.
Communication
  • Fluent English skills - Ability to Speak, Read & Write
  • Fluent Kannada skills - Ability to Speak
  • Good Hindi skills - Ability to Speak
