Job Description

    Role Overview:You will be part of the Inside Sales team and responsible for lead generation, conversions, and managing the end-to-end sales lifecycle.Key Responsibilities:- Source new business through outbound calls, emails, and lead outreach.- Qualify prospects, understand customer needs, and present or demo products/services.- Close deals and meet or exceed sales targets (monthly/quarterly/annual).- Maintain accurate customer and sales pipeline records in CRM or Excel.- Upsell or cross-sell to existing customers and request referrals to expand the customer base.Qualification Required:- 0 to 6 years of experience in inside sales, outbound sales, or related roles.- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.- Proficient with CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.).- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment.
