Job Description

    As an Inside Sales Representative (ISR) at Brilyant, based in India, you will play a crucial role in our dynamic sales team. Your primary focus will be on generating leads, driving customer engagement, and closing deals. You will work alongside a team that values innovation and thrives on achieving sales targets.**Key Responsibilities:**- Educate potential clients on Brilyants IT solutions and customize offerings to meet client needs.- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups.- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.- Establish and nurture strong client relationships.- Identify key decision-makers within client accounts and create sales opportunities.- Conduct targeted email campaigns to engage with key decision-makers.- Collaborate with marketing, customer support, and leadership teams to drive sales growth.**Qualifications Required:**- 1-5 years of Inside Sales experience, preferably in the IT industry.- Track record of meeting and surpassing sales targets.- Experience in B2B sales with a solid understanding of IT products/services.- Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar sales automation platforms.- Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.- Willingness to undergo a three-week orientation training in Bengaluru.At Brilyant, we offer a competitive salary with commission-based incentives, along with work-from-home flexibility.
