The company is engaged in manufacturing of watches jewelry precision engineering and Eye-wear. The company holds a team size of more than 6,000 people and has a revenue of more than 10,000 Cr. Position: Learning Designer Responsibilities: 1. Anchor the creation of online content for multiple schools in the Learning Academy, in partnership with Subject Matter Experts 2. Understand business needs and context to translate these into learning goals 3. Visualize instructional flow, graphics, user interface etc and create the finished learning module 4. Explore and deploy effective learning methodologies. Provide exercises and activities that enhance 5. the learning process and create supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, role plays, games etc). 5. Define and implement strategy for engaging with learners 6. Design and create frameworks for assessment and for measuring learning effectiveness 7. Identify emerging trends in learning and build cutting-edge solutions Experience Required: 1 Proven working experience in instructional design and with instructional technology 2 Experience of using course development software and at least one Learning Management System 3 Experience of working in a similar industry, and developing learning content in partnership with experts from the business 4. Qualification in instructional design, educational technology or similar 5. Knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models 6. Ability to write effective copy, instructional text, audio scripts/video scripts 7. Visual design skills (Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe) and the ability to create a visual story 8.
